- How much does a custom system cost?
- Starter systems begin at ₱15,000/month, with final pricing depending on scope, features, users, timeline, and support requirements. Larger platforms are quoted per project after a short discovery call so you only pay for what your business actually needs.
- What payment terms do you offer?
- We offer three flexible options: one-time project purchase, monthly subscription, or rent-to-own. Most clients choose monthly or rent-to-own to keep upfront cost manageable. Annual prepayment is available with a discount.
- Will we own the source code?
- Yes — for one-time purchase and rent-to-own arrangements (after full payment), we turn over the source code as part of the engagement. Subscription clients keep their data and configurations; the source code remains licensed for use while subscribed.
- What about the database and our data?
- Your data is always yours. We provide full exports in standard formats (CSV, JSON, or SQL dumps) on request, at any time. For purchase and rent-to-own arrangements, the full database is turned over with documentation.
- Do you handle hosting?
- Yes. We can host the system on our managed infrastructure, deploy to your preferred cloud provider (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.), or set it up on-premises for businesses that require it. Hosting cost is itemized separately and transparent.
- What support do you provide after launch?
- Every engagement includes a post-launch support period. After that, you can choose a monthly support plan covering bug fixes, hosting assistance, minor enhancements, and priority response — or pay per request for occasional changes.
- Can we start small and add more later?
- Yes. Most clients begin with one focused system — inventory, booking, or CRM — and add more as they see results. Modules are designed to integrate cleanly, so adding new ones doesn't require rebuilding what's already there.
- Is there a lock-in or long-term contract?
- No lock-in. Subscriptions are month-to-month by default. Rent-to-own has a defined term so you reach full ownership. One-time purchase has no recurring fees beyond optional hosting and support.
